These terms govern your use of Qualiworth's website and app to browse and order groceries and household essentials. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You need an account with a verified phone number to check out. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information — it's what we use to confirm and fulfil your order.
2. Orders and pricing
Product availability, pricing, and delivery fees are shown at checkout and may vary by branch. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may adjust or decline an order — for example, due to a pricing error or stock that turns out to be unavailable — and will let you know if that happens.
3. Payments
We accept card and mobile money payments through our payment processor, and cash on delivery where offered. Card and mobile money payments are processed securely by our payment partner — we never see or store your full card or mobile money credentials.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery fees, timing, and coverage are described on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control.
5. Cancellations and returns
Cancellation, damaged/incorrect item, and refund terms are set out on our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Promotions and coupons
Promotions, bundles, and coupon codes are subject to their own stated conditions (such as validity period, minimum spend, or one-use-per-customer limits) and may be changed, limited in quantity, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to place fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qualiworth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use Qualiworth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
