• Order details: items purchased, order history, delivery address or pickup branch, and order status.
• Delivery location: the address and coordinates you provide for delivery, used to calculate delivery fees and route your order.
• Payment details: handled directly by our payment processor for card and mobile money payments — we store only the outcome (e.g. paid, method used), never your full card or mobile money credentials.
• Communications: messages you send us, and SMS delivery status for order updates we send you.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, calculate delivery fees, send order updates by SMS, provide customer support, and improve our service. We verify phone numbers by SMS to confirm they're genuine before an order can be placed.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to fulfil your order and run our service: with the branch preparing your order and the rider delivering it, with our payment processor to complete a payment, and with our SMS provider to send order updates. We don't sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legitimate business, tax, or legal purposes.

Your rights

You can review and update your profile and saved address from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact us via the Contact page.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember your selected branch, and keep your cart between visits. We don't use these for third-party advertising.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and password hashing — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children's privacy

Qualiworth is intended for adults placing grocery orders and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
